Redstone is large, with gates on multiple sides. Your ideal neighborhood depends on which gate you'll use and whether you also need Cummings Research Park. West-side workers gravitate to Madison and west Huntsville; south-gate workers like south Huntsville and Hampton Cove.
A common search priority for some Arsenal and Research Park buyers: highly rated Madison City Schools, lots of newer construction, and a ~10–15 minute commute to the west side. Expect a school-and-location premium. See the Madison community guide.
